Can parents lose their home if police find marijuana belonging to 19 year old in their house.
Answer
The answer is no unless the parents are somehow involved with the manufacturing and distribution of marijuana. If it is a situation where the 19 year old has a small usable amount, then the parents are not in jeopardy of losing their home.
