It depends. According to A.R.S. § 13-3720, if a person with criminal negligence shoots or propels an object at or on the lower level street or highway or at a motor vehicle that is being operated on the lower lever street or highway is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
Additionally, A.R.S. § 13-1602 defines criminal damage. Criminal damageis includes a person who recklessly defaces or damages the property of another.
