I am 16 years old and have read over my rights and the requirements for emancipation. I just need to know where I go to get started. I live in Tucson.

The Pima County Court  and its self service center can be found at Self-Service Center located in the Law Library, 2nd Floor, Pima County Courthouse , 110 W. Congress, Tucson Arizona.

Make sure that emancipation is the route you want to take before pursuing it, and make sure you meet all of the guidelines and requirements before starting the emancipation process.
